Secure Due Process for Immigrants and Asylum Seekers

The ABA Commission on Immigration and its projects serve thousands of migrants annually.  Their efforts help increase pro bono attorney representation, secure legal counsel in court, and promote public policies that better ensure fairness and due process in the immigration system.  As the pandemic and other turmoil exacerbates an already backlogged immigration court system and unsafe detention centers, the ABA Commission on Immigration provides much-needed legal information and representation for adults and children in detention along the southwest border and in communities across the country. Your support makes justice possible by providing critical legal services to Afghan asylum-seekers, Haitian earthquake survivors, and children fleeing the violence of Central America.
